Osborne Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 70ml Osborne Brandy
  • 10 to 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 30ml fresh and natural lime juice
  • 2 bar spoons sugar
  • 5 drops of Angostura bitters
  • 100ml club soda

Method of preparation:

In a brandy glass, lightly crush the fresh mint leaves with sugar, lime juice and Angostura bitters. Add Osborne brandy, club soda and top with crushed ice.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves
